Caramelized Onion Swiss Burgers

We make the best burgers ever!! It's a fact, why go out when you can cook like this?

This burger is 1/2 pound of good beef, rounded out with diced fresh onions packed into the burger,
seasoned with good spices, then cooked up with carmelized onions and topped with swiss cheese and grilled buns

what you need:
1/2 lb of ground chuck for each patty
1 slice of onion diced and pressed into each burger
season each burger with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
extra sliced onions to cook with burgers
buns buttered

How to make:
Press your patties into 1/2 lb burgers and press the diced onions into each patty as you form them
Get your skillet not, then add patties to skillet and turn after a few minutes then add sliced onions to pan and let cook a few minutes till onions are golden and turning crispy and dark brown.
Top with slices of swiss cheese, turn down heat and melt cheese, Drain off any excess grease from pan and add buns on top for a few minutes till soft and toasty.

Serve with pickles and sides, Enjoy Good Food
