Chinese Chicken Green Bean Stir Fry with Noodles

Another of my Chinese Food dishes, I just love cooking with my wok it's easy and fun
This is a smooth dish, using Chicken with fresh or frozen green beans a few green peppers, red and lots of onions, spices and a secret ingredient, Peanut Butter.

What you Need:
1 quarter size-package of asian noodles or angel hair pasta
1 pound of chicken diced
1 large onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 red pepper sliced
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root or ground ginger
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp 5 spice seasoning
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh or frozen green beans

How to make it:
In bowl, combine chicken, 1 Tbsp. each soy sauce and  cornstarch, garlic and ginger; let stand 15 minutes.  In another pot cook your asian noodles until tender per directions on package
Meanwhile, combine  remaining 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch and 3/4 cup water. 
Heat 1  Tbsp. oil in hot wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and  stir-fry 3 minutes; remove from pan. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same pan.  Add vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and soy sauce mixture,that you mixed earlier; add chicken broth and peanut butter stirring constantly, bring to boil and boil 1 minute stir in remaining spices and last stir in green beans and cook just until they are tender. Stir in noodles and serve 

Venison Chuck Meatloaf



This is my Venison Chuck Meatloaf, it's tasty and not too strong, has a few spicy and it's not too dry or greasy. It's really tasty and good for you.


What you need:
1 pound Ground Venison
1 pound Ground Chuck
1 onion diced
3-4 cloves of garlic minced
1 package of crackers crushed fine
2 large eggs
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
sea salt and pepper to taste

How to Make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put your ground meats in a large bowl to mix by hand, add onions, garlic, add crushed crackers
and seasonings, eggs and worcestershire sauce. Mix by hand until it's well mix but do not over mix as this tends to make it dry.
Put into a square pan that has been sprayed with a pam type spray, I like the olive oil one.
Bake in oven about 1 1/2 hours and serve with your favorite sides.

Chunky Mounds Bars



Do you like Mounds Bars? Well don't buy them when you can make them in just a few minutes with only 3 ingredients and they taste amazing, have no extra additives and the best of all is they have NO high fructose corn syrup. Make these and Enjoy Good Food

what you Need--just 3 ingredients
Melted milk chocolate bark or dark chocolate (pick a good brand for better taste)
3 cups coconut flakes
1 cup condensed milk

How to Make them:
Mix the shredded coconut with condensed milk,mold into oblong shape, add them to freezer for 20 minutes and then dip them in melted chocolate.

Stick Almonds in them and have Almond Joys If you like!!!!

Chicken Veggie Chow Mein



Are you ready? Because it's time for Easy Chicken Veggie Chow Mein. Using plenty of veggies and your Wok or a skillet, you can make this Chinese restaurant classic right in your very own kitchen.
 SERVES 4
COOK TIME 25 Min READY IN 25 Min

What You'll Need:
4 teaspoons soy sauce (low sodium is best)
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) ready-to-use chicken broth, 3 Tbsp saved aside
2 celery stalks, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 large carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 small onion, cut in half and sliced
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained
1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, drained
1 bag frozen Stir Fry Vegetables of your choice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cubed cooked chicken

What To Do:
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the soy sauce and all but the reserved 3 tablespoons chicken broth over medium-high heat. Add the celery, carrots, and onion and cook for about 10 minutes, until tender. Stir in the water chestnuts and bean sprouts, add bag of frozen veggies. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and the reserved 3 tablespoons chicken broth; stir into the vegetable mixture until the liquid thickens.

Add the chicken and mix well; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the chicken is heated through.
Serve over cooked spaghetti or plain or fried rice, and top with crispy chow mein noodles.

Strawberry Cake Mix & White Chocolate Cookies


These cookies are soft and sweet strawberry and white chocolate oh so Good
Easy and Delicious what could be better

what you need:
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 stick  butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 oz Neufchatel cheese {light cream cheese}, room temperature
3/4 cup white chocolate chips



how to make them

Combine, butter, egg, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
Add cake mix, half of the box at a time, mixing until well combined.
Stir in chips by hand.
Refrigerate for at least one hour and then roll dough into 1 inch balls.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place dough balls onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes - you don't want the cookies to brown at all! Set a timer.
Let cookies cool on a baking sheet for several minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.

Crispy Garlic Corn Flake Breaded Baked Chicken



This delicious recipe is crispy and has less calories than fried and still it is Yummy food
Eat drink and be merry and enjoy this recipe.


What you need:
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk(make it with 1 cup milk 1 tsp vinegar, let sit 5 min)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to season
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 cups finely crushed corn flakes cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash Chicken breasts and if thick slice through to cut into thinner breasts Place chicken in egg, milk,and garlic powder let sit for 2-4 hours

Place the flour in small bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the crushed cereal to a
medium-sized bowl.
Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then the back in milk mixture, then coat with the cereal. Place the coated chicken on a baking rack that was sprayed with a Pam type spray on the baking sheet.

Bake 20-30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Serve.
Remove from oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or gravy and mashed potatoes
and your selection of vegetables
