Buttery Cracker Breaded Pork Chops

This turns out so juicy, moist and just the right amount of Crunch and you can use Pork Chops, Pork Sirloin, Pork Cutlets when making it. I did use boneless so cooking time is shorter too; The family really likes this.

Serves 4
What you Need:
1 cup crushed butter crackers (Ritz style)
A Shake of Garlic Powder
A Shake of Onion Powder
ground black pepper to taste
I don't use salt because the crackers are salted
3 eggs, beaten
4 pork chops
1/2 cup butter

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic, onion powders and pepper; mix well.
In a separate bowl beat eggs.
In a separate bowl melt butter
Dip your pork chops in the egg batter then melted butter and then in the cracker mixture.
Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Drizzle the remaining butter around the pork chops.
Bake about 25 minutes, then broil for just 6-8 minutes to crisp nice.
