Crispy Garlic Corn Flake Breaded Baked Chicken



This delicious recipe is crispy and has less calories than fried and still it is Yummy food
Eat drink and be merry and enjoy this recipe.


What you need:
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk(make it with 1 cup milk 1 tsp vinegar, let sit 5 min)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to season
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 cups finely crushed corn flakes cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash Chicken breasts and if thick slice through to cut into thinner breasts Place chicken in egg, milk,and garlic powder let sit for 2-4 hours

Place the flour in small bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the crushed cereal to a
medium-sized bowl.
Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then the back in milk mixture, then coat with the cereal. Place the coated chicken on a baking rack that was sprayed with a Pam type spray on the baking sheet.

Bake 20-30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Serve.
Remove from oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or gravy and mashed potatoes
and your selection of vegetables
