Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Glazed HAM
The Holidays are a time to be thankful and for family and friends to get together, so this recipe is good for this time, it is tender juicy and doesn't keep you in the kitchen for hours, so you have time to have fun.
1 Ham, pre-cooked, bone-in, spiral cut (Make sure it will fit in your crock pot)
3 Cups Brown sugar
1 Can pineapple tidbits, undrained
1/2 Small Jar of Apricot Preserves
How to cook it:
Spray your Crock Pot with some cooking spray, I use Olive Oil spray
Next Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar.
Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add the pineapple tidbits with the juice. Pour Apricot Preserves over Ham then Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
