Hearty Country Hash



This homemade Hash is Hearty with veggies diced up in it and has a little spice cooked in, it's Really GOOD FOOD.

What you Need:
1 lb ground beef
1 potato per person, chopped in small pieces
1 Anaheim pepper diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, nonfat do not dilute with water
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

What You Need to do:
Brown beef and onion, garlic, anaheim pepper add potatoes, salt and pepper and cover with water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Then remove cover and cook out the water. When the hash is fairly dry, add the soup and heat through. I served this today with eggs and toast and homemade Peach Jam
