Garlic Chive Mashed Potatoes



We love mashed potatoes so I find all kinds of ways to cook them and serve them up for variety.
Honestly I think Garlic is a favorite around here.

4 medium/large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Make It!
COOK potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.

MASH potatoes until smooth.

STIR in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Serves 4.
