Mango and Yogurt Smoothie

I really like Mango and Smoothies so I like making theseeasy to do and good for you


 
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
2 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon honey
Juice from half lime
 
Directions:
1. Toss into blender.
 
Notes

Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
