Easy Crab Cakes


These Crab Cakes are just a little Spicy and tasty


What you NEED:
1/3 cup Tartar Sauce,
1 can (6-1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained
1 egg, 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
hot pepper sauce to taste

Combine ingredients and Form into 4 patties. Coat with additional 1/3 cup bread crumbs. Cook in oil in nonstick skillet. It's that easy!
