Pistachio Pudding Salad

Pistachio Pudding Salad

My mother made this when I was little at holidays and I loved it, Pistachios became my favorite thing after this for years. Today I make it for my kids and grandkids who will eat it, mmm yummy

Ingredients:
1 (3.4 oz.) pistachio pudding package
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Maraschino Cherries for toppings

Directions:
Drain the pineapple juice into a large bowl.
Mix pudding and juice for 2 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans.
Chill until ready to serve.
