Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken

Here is another Italian Dish that I like to make. I've made this many times! This tastes like chicken stroganoff, but its so very easy to make! You could even add some mixed veggies to this and put it in a pie crust, after its cooked, for a great chicken pot pie!

serve over your choice of noodles

Prep Time: 10 Min
Cook Time: 5 Hr
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
1 pkg good seasons garlic herb dressing mix
1 medium onion-sliced
1-8 oz package cream cheese-i used low fat
2 can(s)cream of mushroom or chicken soup
milk-to thin if needed or desired
1-12 oz package wide egg noodles-cooked according to package
chopped parsley to garnish-optional


Directions

1 Put 3 Breasts in the bottom of crockpot
2 sprinkle with 1/2 dressing mix and 1/2 the sliced onion
3 add last three breasts and repeat layer
4 cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours
5 Break chicken up into chunks
6 Add cream cheese and soups
7 cook for 1 more hour
8 mix together well 

serve over cooked noodles if desired
