Mashed Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes

Mashed Creamy Potatoes!
These mashed potatoes are so smooth rich and buttery good you wont want any other kind

8 – 10 baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
½ pint whipping cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 -10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper with potatoes using mixer and pour in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake covered at 325 for 20 minutes. Remove cover and pour whipping cream over top of potatoes (do not stir). Top with grated cheese and crumbled bacon, bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
