Asian Chicken Wraps with sesame seed dressing:

Asian Chicken Wraps
These are low calorie and easy to make on a hot summer night
You can either use tortillas or lettuce to wrap them up

Ingredients

1    whole chicken ( roasted )
2    carrots ( grated )
3    cups    cabbage ( purple, grated )
1/2    cup    green onion ( chopped )
1    cup avocado (sliced)
1    cup    celery ( chopped )
1    cup    peanuts ( salted, chopped ) or nuts of your choice
6    tortilla ( whole wheat ) you could also just wrap in lettuce leaves, even less calories ;)
8    ounces    sesame seed dressing *see recipe below

Directions

Layer ingredients on tortillas, drizzle with sesame ginger dressing, and enjoy!

Servings 6

sesame seed dressing:
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
Prepare the dressing 30 minutes ahead of time by combining the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil, and rice vinegar in a salad dressing carafe.
