A Veggie Sandwich to live for!

This is a yummy vegetarian sandwich I am going to make at least once every 2 weeks or more
I am looking for more veggie recipes like this

what ya need: 
two pieces of wheat bread
onion slices
thinly sliced cucumbers
provolone cheese slice
1 avocado sliced
spinach leaves or your choice of salad type greens

spread bread with pesto then start to add the other ingredients. Cut sandwich in half and viola. Yumm!
