Skillet Sweet & Tangy Pork Chopsfrom Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
