Old Fashioned Italian Goulash

This is a childhood favorite of mine. I still make it for my kiddos too. They love it
Serves 6

What you Need:
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 diced yellow onion
3 cloves garlic minced
1 lb of rotini or macaroni noodles
1 can of corn drained (Optional)
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Chili Powder (To taste Preference)
dash of salt and some pepper

Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion and garlic in skillet. Cook till ground beef is done. When cooked place all other ingredients in pan and cook till bubbly. Use chili powder to your taste preference. Simmer with a lid on low heat about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile Cook your noodles till tender and drain, Mix sauce over noodles and top with Parmesan Cheese and serve with warm bread or rolls
