Beef and Broccoli

Steak strips are stir-fried with broccoli and simmered in a tangy tomato sauce. Served over rice, this tasty dish is sure to please your dinnertime crowd. Easy to make dinner
what you need:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or
beef top round steak
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's®
Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25
% Less Sodium)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
4 cups hot cooked rice


Slice beef into very thin strips.

Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
.Add soup, soy, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Heat to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp. Serve over rice
