Fried Chicken Tenders

A family favorite is Breaded Chicken Tenders, you can use breasts or  Use bite size pieces  to make this for smaller kids
This recipe makes them so tasty and tender you will make it a family favorite too
or 
Zingy horseradish mayonnaise recipe below

Breaded Chicken Breasts
This recipe uses corn starch and Panko bread crumbs for the best flavor and crispy tenderness in your chicken dinner.


what you need:
4 chicken breasts or tenders or bite size pieces
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 cup cornstarch 
1 cup milk
seasonings to your taste (I use garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt)

How to make it:
Heat oil in skillet or fryer to 375 Degrees
Wash and pat dry chicken with a paper towel
Then dip each piece of chicken in corn starch, then milk and then panko break crumbs, set on plate 
When oil is hot, slowly place chicken in hot oil and cook for 8 minutes for thin pieces and longer for thicker pieces.
Remove and drain on paper towels a few minutes.
Then serve with gravy or sauces how you like


Our Zingy Horseradish Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons prepared mustard

In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well, and serve with the chicken for dipping
